Music

Music is an important part of the Curriculum at the Sunny View School from Primary through to Secondary. Special emphasis is placed on the practical side of the subject to allow development of concentration, responsibility, communication, team-work and sensitivity to sounds. Music at SVS includes singing, instrumental practice, music history and theory of music. Music is a fundamental part of school shows. Our School Primary Choir is a frequent performer at school events throughout the year as well as during various local events. For many children, singing and playing different musical instruments is their favourite form of musical expression.
