Extracurricular Terms and conditions

Inscriptions 

  • The enrolment form must be completed and submitted in order to start taking part in an extra-curricular activity.

  • Payment must be made in full before the start of each term.

  • Late enrolments will be accepted depending on numbers, but full payment of the term fee will be required.

  • No refund will be made once the term has started.

  • One week notice is required in case of withdrawal, and no refund will be made.

  • Please note your child will automatically be enrolled for the next term unless we receive written notification of withdrawal within the required timeframe.

Covid- 19 Protocol 

As part of the Covid-19 protocol still in place throughout the school, the following measures will be followed:

  • Reduced groups

  • Use of masks at all times

  • 1,5m distance between students

  • Use of hand sanitiser

  • Materials to be used individually by students

  • Individual equipment for students

  • Rooms will be ventilated

Timetable and collection 

  • Times will be specified on the extra-curricular timetable. 

  • Students must be collected on time from the different extra-curricular activities. 

  • Please wait outside the main gate of the school for your child to come out.
